2. products & pricing
We try to describe and picture products accurately; slight variation is normal. Prices are shown on the product page in pounds sterling (£) and include applicable taxes where stated. We may change prices and product availability at any time before you order.
3. your order & the contract
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation / dispatch email. If we cannot fulfil an order (e.g. out of stock or a pricing error), we will let you know and refund any payment.
4. payment
Payment is taken at checkout via our payment providers. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.
5. delivery
Delivery timing and any charges are shown at checkout and in our shipping information (FAQ on the product page). Risk passes to you on delivery.
